You will need:
- 4 cups of corn flakes
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
- ¼ cup light golden honey
- Tub of vanilla ice cream
- chocolate sauce
- 1 gallon plastic bag
Spoon about ten scoops of vanilla ice cream onto a baking sheet and place in freezer to firm up for an hour. Pour four cups of corn flakes in a gallon size plastic bag. Use your hands to squeeze the bag and smash the corn flakes up into little pieces. Add the cinnamon sugar and shake the bag to mix it all up. Spread out the corn flake and cinnamon sugar mix on a plate and pour the honey on a separate plate next to it. Now use a spoon and roll an ice cream ball through the honey and then the cornflakes until it is covered with a crunchy layer. After you have finished all the scoops put them back in the freezer for one more hour. Drizzle your favorite chocolate syrup on top and enjoy your “fried” ice cream dessert!
